Due to the nature of digital and intellectual work, refunds are limited. However, we aim to be fair, transparent, and client-oriented.

Refunds may be granted only in situations described below.

2. Refunds Before Work Begins

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You cancel a task before we begin working on it.
  • Payment was made by mistake and the task has not started.

After work has started, this section no longer applies.

3. Refunds After Work Has Started

Once work has begun, refunds become partial or unavailable, depending on the progress.

Partial Refund

A partial refund may be granted if:

  • Only a small portion of the task has been completed.
  • We have not yet delivered the main portion of the work.
  • You decide to cancel due to personal reasons.

The refund amount depends on how much work has already been completed.

No Refund

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The task has been fully completed and delivered.
  • You approved a draft or initial results.
  • Dissatisfaction is due to subjective preferences after the agreed scope was met.
  • The task was completed according to your original instructions.
  • You fail to provide necessary information or communication that prevents completion.

4. Refunds for Work That Cannot Be Completed

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • We cannot complete your task due to internal issues or lack of expertise.
  • Technical issues on our side prevent delivery.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund tasks that violate laws or ethical guidelines.

5. Revisions Before Requesting a Refund

Most tasks include one free revision.

Before requesting a refund, we encourage clients to:

  • Clarify dissatisfaction
  • Request the included revision
  • Provide additional information to improve the deliverable

Refund requests without attempting revision may be declined.

6. Disputes & Chargebacks

Unjustified chargebacks may result in:

  • Suspension of service
  • Removal of access to deliverables
  • Legal review where applicable
